Development
The OAK is a 20-acre mixed-use district that's been over 15 years in the making, and its first phase just opened: 135,000 square feet of retail, a 7,000-square-foot central greenspace, a 132-key boutique hotel, and 320 multifamily residences, all built around a walkable, live-work-play layout. Tenants include upscale names like RH and Arhaus, and the development has quickly become a gathering spot for the city, hosting watch parties during the Thunder's championship run this year.
